On booking online or signing our booking form when making reservation over the phone or by email, you are deemed to have read and accepted our Booking Conditions, and are accepting the terms of these conditions on behalf of all persons in the party. These terms and conditions constitute an agreement with Style Travel. By entering the site you accept these terms and conditions. The Terms and Conditions are valid at the time of publication but are subject to change without prior notice. However, should any changes occur, they will be posted on the website immediately. However, should the Terms and Conditions change after the deposit is paid, the Terms and Conditions under which the deposit was paid shall apply. 1. Rate Tour prices are valid till December 2012, net and quoted in American dollar per cabin. 2. Included in quoted programs As per itinerary 3. Deposit Deposit payment can be settled by telegraphic transfer, credit card authorization letter or through Western Union Global Transfer. Deposits are 25% of the booking total is required at booking. (If the total amount is less than US$500, a 50% deposit will apply.) 4. Cancellation and Refund *Group from 1 – 2 Cabin (Paradise Luxury Cruise & Paradise Peak Cruise) + More than 3 days prior to check-in: No charge + Less than 3 days to check-in: 100% charge + No show: 100% charge *Group from 3 – 6 Cabin (Paradise Luxury Cruie & Paradise Peak Cruise) + More than 14 days prior to check-in: No charge + From 14 days to 7 days to check in: 50% charge + Less than 7 days to check in: 100% charge + No show: 100% charge *Paradise Privilege Cruise charter + More than 30 days prior to check-in: No charge + From 30 days to 26 days to check in: 25% charge + From 25 days to 21 days to check in: 50% charge + From 20 days to 10 days to check in: 75% charge + Less than 10 days to check in: 100% charge + No show: 100% charge If the cruise cannot sails due to the weather condition, we will refund 100%. 5. Final Payment Balance will be settled at least 15 days before departure date, or settled upon arrival but the agreement must be discussed by the two parties. 6. Refund of Unused services No Refunds or exchange can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transports or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member. 7. Voucher Voucher will be issued by Style Travel after the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed. A service voucher will be sent by email/fax or snail mail to passenger. 8. Liability and Insurance Style Travel is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance. Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should it occurs, we will endeavour to substitute suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tour implies full agreement to above conditions by all parties involved. 9. Confirmation All confirmations are generally confirmed by return fax or e-mail within 2 working days. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation.
